Who can join the Affiliate Program?
Anyone who is not a Lodgify customer with a valid website, blog or social media profile can apply. Affiliates usually are marketing agencies or freelancers, short-term rental or real estate coaches, short-term rental property owners or property managers and content creators, among others.
How do I earn commissions?
You earn a commission when:
- A new customer subscribes to Lodgify using your affiliate link.
- They are not already in our database as an existing lead.
- They keep their subscription active for at least 40 days.
You’ll receive commissions for up to 12 months from their first subscription payment.
How much commissions can I earn?
Our commission structure is designed to reward your performance. Commissions start at a generous 15% on the customer’s monthly, yearly, or bi-yearly Lodgify subscription payments for up to one year and can grow up to 20% the more customers you bring in.
Here’s how the tiers work:
- Starter Tier earns a 15% commission on sales from $0 up to $2,999.
- Champion Tier earns a 17% commission on sales from $3,000 to $9,999.
- Master Tier earns a 20% commission on sales above $10,000.
How and when are commissions paid?
You will receive payment via Paypal. You only need to reach a minimum of $200 credited to your affiliate account. Commission payments are issued once a month, starting 40 days after the initial sale. You can expect to receive payment by the first working Friday of each month.
How can I track my commissions and performance?
In your affiliate dashboard, under “Commissions,” you can track each customer’s purchase, the commissions they’ve generated and their status (due, pending, paid or cancelled). Under “Performance,” you can also track other performance metrics such as visitors, leads and purchases.
